This is important for both men and women as women need to have some muscle mass to have a nice shape to them to. You cant just diet yourself down and expect to look good. You see a lot of people walking around there plenty skinny. But, they don’t look very good. That’s because you don’t have any muscle mass.
A human being is supposed to have some muscle mass on them and that’s what looks attractive.
